Dear Sister

Dear Sister,

Hey, how are you feeling today? I’ve been praying for you and I want to send you some encouragement.

You’ve been battling through those negative thoughts and emotions. Wondering and doubting if you are doing what God has called you to do. Questioning if you need to stop, take a break, or just crawl and hide in a corner. The other day I heard you say, “I don’t know what’s going on.” “I’ve been spending time with God, being obedient, and then BOOM this mental and emotional attack!”

Sis, the scripture tells us that the thief’s purpose is to steal and kill and destroy. Jesus’s purpose is to give us a rich and satisfying life. (John 10:10 NLT)

So it’s no surprise you’re experiencing a spiritual attack.

Those scenarios you keep playing in your head, failed relationships and friendships, rejection, and abandonment. It’s all a tactic of the enemy. He knows if he can isolate you from the people he assigned you to, get in your mind, he can make you abort the mission.

Ain’t nobody mad but the devil. He didn’t want you to discover your purpose and find that your identity is in Christ alone.

Sis, trust the process and fight those negative feelings with the Word of God. Ephesians 6:11 tells us to put on the full armor of God so you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. Submit yourself, then to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. (James 4:7 NIV ) Don’t be afraid to talk back to the devil when he attacks your mind! Tell him he will not have your mind, SHUT UP!

Sis, listen you are not your past, failed relationships, rejection or abandonment. God created you with a purpose, and for a purpose. God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them. Romans 8:28

You are chosen.

You are worthy.

You are equipped.

You are anointed.

You are adequate.

You are healed.

You are whole.

Please don’t abort the mission, you are so close to your breakthrough.

Continue to trust in God and keep the faith.

Remember John 15:16 - “You have not chosen Me, but I have chosen you and I have appointed and placed and purposefully planted you, so you would bear fruit and keep on bearing, and that your fruit will remain and be lasting, so that whatever you ask of the Father in My name [as My representative] He may give to you.”

Love Always,
